What is Eco ESL?

The concept behind Eco ESL is simple: keep it eco, keep it educational.

In teaching English as a second language, we need to use lots of resources. The ideas here are focused on using recycled and up-cycled materials to make amazing teaching resources.

Some see rubbish, others see a canvas. Before you throw something in the trash, think about if you can give it a second life. It is time to get creative in the classroom and save the planet!

About Me

The creative mind behind Eco ESL is me, Catherine. I am an English teacher from Australia. I have spent the past few years travelling and the world and teaching.

My passion for creativity and my concern for the environment led me to create Eco ESL. I hope to inspire other teachers to be critically creative and think about where our teaching resources come from and how we can make our own.
